These look like psilocbe cyanescens, are they?

Hello everyone. OK, what are these? Here's the clues: Found growing in landscaped grass inbetween a mountian and a creek in some apartments in SF Bay area, CA.
Sporeprint is purple. Size: 3cm x 5mm
While growing in the grass these mushrooms caps are surprisingly yellow with a chestnut umbo. They turn brown later. The stems are yellow with a light light light blue sheen (could be my imagination). Stems stain brown rather quickly when touched. Caps turn brown when touched.
No obvious blue staining, except for lightly around the outside of the cap. They mostly stain brown. Old caps are flat and wavy, young caps are convex and wavy. No annulus. Gills appear adnate, yet there is a small space between the stem and the gills, perhaps a traumatic seperation? I can't tell the gill spacing because I have no refference, perhaps subdistant?
Thanks for your help.

No but there are actually now six know species of Hypholoma which containt he alkaoids psilocine and psilocybine.
mj
They do slightly resemble the genera Psilocybe becasue they have simailar characteristics in their shpaes and colors.

Plus the guy's got 2 posts, not 2 thousand
cut him some slack, I shudder to think of what I posted when I originally came here, and I'm sure many of us are the same.

How would you describe the gill spacing MJ? So that I can use it as a reference.

Frighteningly so, yes, I thought they looked like Cyans, but then again, I've never seen real Cyans in the flesh. They didn't stain though, and the stems were yellow, but I thought maybe that didn't matter and these particular mushrooms were unique. Talk about careless thinking...
