why dont you just throw em out and start again with fresh ars....

An hour or so should kill off the mold spores. Or, you could loosen the lids and drop them into water, then bring it to a boil for an hour or two.

I actually had black mold on two of my jars. I even opened it up, sniffed it, waved it around my grow area, people said my next grows were doomed.
Im still using the same jars today, without any mold appearing.
I just slapped some more substrate in my jars and sterilized, then shot em up as normal.

That was a stupid thing to do. Black mold is one of the worst moulds you could inhale. Its spores a incredibly fine, bad for the respitory system and they are carcinigenic.
Just because it didnt seem to affect this time dont make it truth. the more spores you release into the air the more chance that stuff gets to grow and in larger amounts.
Dont ever sniff contaminated jars. I done it once with a bacterial infected grain bag and it screwed my knose for a whole week.
Now this is an extreme case, bt did you here of the guy that inhaled a breadmold and lots most of his face?
