I'm not saying that Bi-polar or whatever doesn't exist... I'm just saying that its often wrongly diagnosed.. and I am highly skeptical of the treatment methods used to "help" it. Lithium is great and all.... but there's a better way to balance your craziness without becoming dependent on chemicals to function.

LOL ok, Lithum is not "great" it is the only thing that works basically. Bipolar disorder is so bad that you have to basically choose between killing your liver (lithium) or possibly killing yourself or having crazy episodes (bipolar). My neighbor was bipolar and told me that "god told me to come here to the lovely state of ______ . So that I could save peoples souls." funny thing is, is that he wasnt religious. He "saw" god.

Of course. And I also agree that it is misdiagnosed and over diagnosed quite often. Half the psych majors I know are either tards or batshit crazy themselves.

But to deny that bipolar disorder exists is like saying that schizophrenia doesn't exist.

You don't understand what close minded/open mindedness is. For one, you wouldn't have listed prejudgment if you did.

Being close-minded is not even listening to the opposing view at all. If I listen to your view, and still decide I don't like it, that is not being close-minded.

Bi-Polar dissorder is a Myth

then you said......
I acknowledge that Bi-polar is indeed a real illness, and is capable of devastating results in peoples lives

So what exactly are you views again

and this my friends......is all im trying to say. I use the titles of my threads like the start of a good essay, you have to have a good hook to ignite the best arguments within people. And depending on my mood, I may or may not go all out with the momentum of the thread within the OP.

Thank you for SOME support guys .

This reminds me of the thread you made saying "I slept with my Stepmom ++pics+++" in the title, and the content was totally irrelevant.

You're not even a good troll. Please take your drama elsewhere.

when you put quotations around the word "listen" it makes it appear sarcastic. Essentially what you're saying is that in order to be open minded i have to accept anything you say as true. how fucking retarded is that? If i listen to your argument, evaluate it, and determine I don't like, what is wrong with that? I honestly don't understand. Thats still being open minded even If I don't agree with you.

Oh wait, I get it. I'm close minded if i disagree and open minded if i agree, is that right?
