The 26th? You mean a week ago? That's hardly ages. I've seen it take six weeks to fully colonize, and up to 14 days to even show germination.

yup, a leetle more air would do the trick, but that just helps the pace along.  3-6 more days and you'll be seeing a jar full of wet cotton!  :crazy2:

There is plenty of myceliunm growth, however I noticed a much stronger white colour in the jar, strong as toothpaste white. Is this ok?

looks fine, its thickening up. You said you didnt use dry verm. What is your filter?

Those jars are larger then 1/2 pint so they will take longer to colinise, i think there about 400ml.

Can't believe no one has caught this yet... Don't open your jars to give them "air" by any means. Don't ever do that with colonizing substrate.

Your jars are fine just leave them be

Thats jars are fine. Remove the foil from those 3 jars, they need to breath. Micropore tape over the holes is fine as a filter. Im using it in those same jars, except its a single gas exchange hole in the middle, micropore tape on the top and underneath the hole with 4 silicone injection sites.

I mixed the dry verm with water then added brf to it.
The moisture had occured as the mycelium had colinised like sweating.

Average temp is whatever british summer time is in a english home.
They are stored in a dark, draft resistant area.

It was inoculated 26th may its taking its time.

Those jars look fine.  I think you are a little mistaken as to what you should expect from a multispore inoculation.  Not only are those jars right on time, they are flying out of the gate and looking really good.  Go find something else to do and quit playing with em for about a week or so.  I know it's hard.  We all check em as soon as we get home like a bunch of fiending gollums, lol.

Yeah its still colinising a month on, put them in a glove box to see the tops of the jars , the pic isnt the clearest even with fine detail on because of the plastic lid being cleaned, but you get the idea from the pic its strong mycelium, what you people think.
