10 bridgesiis is a whole bunch! You're going to have some fun, especially when you see they almost all double in size in a year!

Great stuff, home depot and lowes should carry it in the outdoor section for 2 to 3 dollars a box. It will last you for a long time too.

Man, I live in the middle of nowhere... I have wal-mart and Ace Hardware to choose from.
Didn't think I'd ever be able to find xylene, but finally after calling around I found some...
I'll definitely post pics as soon as they come in. I just ordered this morning, and I'm hoping delivery is pretty speedy.
10 12" cuttings for $110, I couldn't pass it up.

I called Schultz about a year ago. They told me that Lowes no longer carries it. They said HD was the best option or online.
Xylene? I guess you aren't planning on planting all of those

I'd plant all of those, They should double in size in about a year. If you harvested 10-12" per plant once a year it would be plenty and keep you going for as long as you want (And you could root some top cuttings from when you harvest and have more and more plants).

I may not plant ALL of them...
But I may save the tops of the ones I don't plant, and root them... It's just that I live in an apartment in a pretty small town... Not much of a yard to speak of, and if I just bust out with 10 brand new cacti people are going to wonder... They would literally take up all the space on my porch, and the little patch of grass I call a lawn.
And my mom stops by from time to time... She's snoopy.
We'll just have to see...

Wouldn't extracting destroy bridgesii's MAOIs and make it overall a bit less potent than just doing an alcohol extraction (which I think keeps most of the alkaloids?) or cactus tea?
But anyway, bridgesiis are awesome both ornamentally and for ingestion! They're amazing cacti.

Man an a/b extraction kicks ass. I'm not down with drinking foul tasting slime and vomiting. I have had some intense trips off of my mescaline. You can always take an MAOI if you wish, but its not needed at all.

Just out of curiosity what's the highest dose you've ever taken?
I think I'll probably root 5 of them, and extract the other 5, but root the tips of those as well...

A good dose is 800mg of mesc citrate or 600mg of mesc hcl. Don't have a clue about sulfate. Looks like too much trouble IMO.

The reason I ask is because the first time I tried mescaline I made a tea out of 18" of San Pedro... It was great and all, but I think I'd like to go deeper.

San Pedros just aren't that consistent. With mescaline it is if made correctly. Personally I like where shrooms take me, but its comparing apples and oranges.

Indeed... I found that when I was moving around on mescaline, the visuals were similar to that of a mild mushroom trip...
I didn't get any strong visuals unless I was still and attentive.

My experiences usually include entities. I don't get that with shrooms. I also tend to be laid back. With shrooms I'm all over the place.

I was wondering if that was common... I saw some mexican looking folks. They didn't say anything, and they weren't even moving really. Their pictures just kinda showed up on the curtains and walls...
