Whatever ones printed black are Panaeolus cinctulus, the others are foes.
It can be rather difficult at times to tell a subb from a foe just by looking at the mushrooms but an older subb's gills will generally be a darker brown, greyish black, or black, with light colored gill edges.

Panaeolus cinctulus is the same thing as Panaeolus subbalteatus.

-------------------- Sometimes I wanna get high travel up away to the beautiful skies
Float away and hope to never come down
Hope to see the day that I never come down
But what goes up is always bound to fall All I'm trying to say is that I live my life raw I'm gonna smoke weed the rest of my life
And give all I got till the day that I die, Ya!

they look exactly like what is all over my yard right now and the black prints are definitely active. i wouldn't trust the brown prints, that's the indicator for foes over subs( "very dark brown spore print"=foe)

They look similar to the ones I picked a while back and they never bruised blue.
i could be wrong though... just these seem like they are not active IMO.

I have had these in my yard along with many others that give the jet black print. I have eaten these and ones that grew from horse dung and have had no effects.
I never saw any blue bruising, but they did have a blackish tint to damaged areas. What is the typical qty needed to feel the effects?
I just found more this morning but only picked a few. I am north of Atlanta.

Those are in the genus Panaeolus.
Please post some pictures of the spores and cheilocystidia!
