 who else saw the new star trek movie??

so i didnt check to see if this got posted already because we had a pint of jack in the theatre and im kinda fucked up 
But anyway i thought the new star trek was pretty fucking goood... i know it doesnt follow the exact plot line but i thought it was pretty good.. the action was basically non stop and i love how leonard nemoy was in the movie. Plus i'm a big JJ Abrams fan (lost teehee)..
anyways whats your guys' thoughts??

I heard it was a great action movie, but had a plot equivalent to 10 minutes of a ST episode. This was expected though...

I never really watched Star Trek except when I was really bored as a kid and didn't understand it.
If I walk in not knowing much at all about it, do you guys think I would enjoy it?
Kinda like how they tailored X-Men movies so the masses would know what's going on?

Nah, the plot isn't hard to follow.
Saw it last night... overall good movie. Some corny parts (but it's star trek, what do you expect?) and some plot holes, but other than that I enjoyed myself

I had never watched it once in muh life and i loved the movie.. kinda makes me wanna watch the other stuff.
