This is a bit of a change of pace from the ideas mentioned above:

Grasshopper: 

3/4 ounce Green Creme de Menthe
3/4 ounce White Creme de Cacao
3/4 ounce Light Cream

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

~

Mint Julep:

4 fresh mint sprigs
2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp water

Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, and water in a collins glass. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.

The Irish Carbomb

1/2 Oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 Oz Bailey's Liquer
1/2 Pint of Guinness Draught

Put whiskey and Bailey's in shotglass, Pour half a glass of Guinness. Drop the shotglass in and chug the mixture. Fantastic drink.

Warning- when drinking Irish Car bomb- drink quickly- otherwise it curdles!


For cocktails:
Pimms Cup-
1.25 oz Pimms Liquor
muddled cucumber
3 oz vernors (or any ginger ale)

The Best Cosmo
2 oz stoli orange
splash of lime juice
splash of cranberry juice

The Best Mojito-
1.25 oz bacardi O
1.25 oz malibu
splash of simple syrup
muddled mint
fill with club soda

For shots-

Scooby snack
.5 oz malibu
.5 oz midori
splash of pineapple juice
small amount of whipped cream
shake and serve

one legged lesbian kick boxer
splash of tripple sec
splash of tequila
splash of jim
.5 oz stoli orange
splash of sprite
splash of cran
splash of sour

red headed slut
.5 jager
.5 peach tree
splash of cran

apple jack
.5 apple pucker
.5 jack

In general I dislike mixed drinks because of the sugar, just makes me feel horrible.  As far as women goes, they have to pass both the meat and whiskey test before they enter girlfriend status.  Wife status might include a whole hog, though no one has attempted the cross this barrier.
