I figure these arent active but I'd still like to know. South Georgia ID Please (Statesboro)

Habitat:
Corner of cow pasture in shaded wooded area. All mushrooms were growing directly in cow shit that looked to be fairly old, dried up and not even that damp.

Gills:
Yellow-white, not-attached.

Stem:
1" stem, 1/8" (maybe) diameter, yellow-brown, stiff, Hollow stem, thin stem,.

Cap:
1/2", white to lite-yellow, darkest at crown , smooth,

Spore print color:
very light -maybe some pink tint?

Bruising:
no bruising

Looks a little like Agrocybe, but if the spores were light pinkish then I am not sure what they are.
