Horse Shit

Me and a buddy are going to start a couple casings and we have some jars of the Orisis strain, and planned on using the Horse Poo Tek. So we got the horse poo and had to dry it out fast, so we took some dessicant (such as damprid) and put the poo on a grate and put a light on it, but we had to cut the light off and in the darkness the poo grew some weird furry mold. We were wondering if this would hurt anything since you have to boil the poo. Any replies would be appreciated.

I wonder...could this 'mold' be some mycillium growing from a wild strain of mushies that was in the poo to begin with??
My advice would be to pasturize this poo...stick it in a pot with a tight fitting lid, stick her in the oven @ 200 degrees..and once the internal temp has come up to 170, then let it bake for 2 hours. You'll need to rehydrate it afterward, of course.

Yes it is going to effect your flushes greatly, that white fuzzy stuff is more then likely worthless, it is soaking up all your horse shit nutreints, go walking in a horse pasture on a sunny day after it hasnt rained for like a week that way the poop will be naturaly sun dried and it will crumble when you give it any sort of pressure.

Sounds like cobweb mould to me.
You`d better pasteurise yopur dung before you use it.

Derrayld and out of control
