How much spore per each jar?

Hi, new shroomer around here. I was wondering...with the half pint jars and 4 holes per jar setup, how much cc (or ml) of spore should be placed in each hole or jar?
Also, just to confirm... if I want to inoculate 12 half pint jars...does did sound correct - 9 cups of vermiculite, 3 cups of brown rice flour and 3 cups of water.
Thanks for reading!

Don't worry about LC. It stands for liquid culture; mycelium syspended in water/nutrient solution. It doesn't need to germinate so the jars begin colonizing faster. But spores will work just fine. About 1cc per jar divided equally between your holes. Don't forget to shake the syringes really well! It sux to have the "oh fuck i forgot to shake" moment after inoculation. Even though you'd be fine, shaking before knocking up is good edicate, IMO Inject next to the glass so you'll se germination sooner. Good luck! Myk

Thank you, so 1 cc per jar it is! Yes, I am using a syringe btw.
Can someone answer my second question? ....
... Also, just to confirm... if I want to inoculate 12 half pint jars...does did sound correct - 9 cups of vermiculite, 3 cups of brown rice flour and 3 cups of water.

use 1cc or less per jar. How you divide it up is up to you. peace.

2 cups verm, 1 cup water, 1 cup brf for 5 half pint jars. 12 jars would be approx: 4.8 cups verm. 2.4 cups water and brf.
I think that's right...

From the looks of it, every recipe is different, but generally I use:
6 cups coarse verm 3 cups BRF

no, that is a 3:1:1 ratio, like was said above, you want a 2:1:1 verm/brf/water ratio for pftek cakes

the more solution you use the faster the jars will colonize. (unless it gets too wet) 1cc per jar sounds about average for the shroomery. just be sure you get some solution to the bottom of the jar in at least one hole. this will speed things up considerably compared to injecting just a drop under the dry verm layer.
