Thank you very much for your help and keep you updated in five or so days with pics.
if its yeast will it appear much more rapidly than myc?
I wrapped in clingfilm as soon as the wedges were in not elastic bands. ill probably get PDA see how that flares its also far cheaper than antibiotic.
Antibiotic also rather vague which one do they who knows

the red spots correct me if im wrong... the centre of these areas is contamed and the myc cant get in so grows around the contam.

The plates are 10 days old i should have mentioned earlier

I could tell by looking at that plate it was almost 2 weeks old, and someone gave you a dirty ass print, or you found it wild???

well whichever, it's got yeast... does any of it appear "greasy?"

then it's def yeast.

yeh the print was blag to be fair, it came sumgded on the inside of the baggie. i was a bit pissed but the guy who sent it gave it for free and with good intentions so i had no reason to complain as gettin a free exotic off someone is hard.

After i took the wedges i had dispose of the pictured plate and when i got close to it i could remove the top layer of 'fluff' like a sheet.
Sorry i don't know what you mean by greasy, there was no residues or discharge on the agars surface.

I also realise i may have made the agar too dilute and over filled the plates

if it congealed, you are fine, if it did not, lolz, does that mean you are now out of plates?

If so, pm me, i can direct you to a pre poured plate delivery service, they deliver 15 pre poured lab sterile  petri of your medium choice  right to your door less then 20 hours after your order, I hvae 5 sleeves of petri dish left, when I run out, I'LL definitely start using this service.

that should take place in about 24 hours. How far apart are your inoculation points?

i try to make sure my mycelium is dikaryon on the first plate. then ONLY transfer dikaryon myc,

if on your FIRST plate, that happened, then you no longer have to wait for clamp connects.

I can't really tell without a scanning electron microscope, BUT, it would appear to be dikaryon which is a good thing.

keep wedging it on, if you need some pre poured agar plates, or just some plates, whatever, pm me a safe addy and i'll hook u u up with some pre poured pda ok?

let me know when this plate is updateable and take new pics!

LOL! SEM I wish
Ive running out of AB agar (5-7 plates left) and Im going to buy some PDA from a UK site a non vendor i think 100g for £17.5 + P&P. 2 litres worth.
Yeh i just got rid of my ksss ms to agar and old B+ iso which was both pinning in vitro. I freed up 4 plates, 1  will be used for this strand of texas myc off a brf cake which im gonna transfer. 2 plates for b+ isolate which (1 plate three wedges of a pure iso and a diff iso with 2 wegdes) and the last one for the best Pan. by this time all the reject cultures will be thrown and IF clean used to add to grain. This will free up 3-4 more plates.

You want to give me plates?

Ill post this one pic for now not much growth  going on, but give it a few days for it to expand.

the brown spot above the left wedge is undissovled agar

Much more growth on all five plates here are the three best. The triple plate has now got clamp connections, i'm going to give it five days or so then take more wegdes. Still some waiting to do before the other two join up.

I plan to make a scratch syring >> wbs out of a wedge from the two ok plates.

Clamps

Doubles
