Simple PFtek innoculation questions

Just some things I was thinking about.. Searched and couldn't find the answer..

1) Does the amount of innoculant correspond with the rate of time colonization takes? Is more in the jars better, or am I just wasting innoculant.

2). Can I mix spore syringes? I've got 3 different strains, is combining different strains in the same jar a bad idea?

1) amout of innoculate matters just a lil but bit 1ccper jar is good.
2) survival of fittest u won't produce a hybrid strain though one will prevail.
