Sadly, I think it is inevitable that soon differences in personality and temperament will be wiped out by advances in medicine. Everyone takes their pill so they can fit in society.
There's a hunter/farmer theory that attempts to explain ADHD. Basically the average person of today who fits well in society carried the farmer traits. Those who have aggression, ADHD, etc carry the hunter traits.
I've yet to meet a person who is completely free of any anger. Sure some have more naturally aggressive tendencies, but everyone has it in them if pushed far enough. If you kill off the bully then what? The next biggest guy takes his place.
