    #1038785 - 11/09/02 12:15 PM (21 years, 4 months ago)

Hi Shroom headz,
I went picking today and found these .

Ok first, is this big white mushroom a albino liberty cap? it was growing along with these others, i think the others are liberty caps , but a confirm would be nice.
Under neath are some Shrooms i picked earlyier. I was also wondering, are liberty caps ok to pick if there dryish? the sun was out for 1 hour and 30 mins , gave them a heat blast! thanks

You should try to pick more of the stem on your liberty caps. The pic of shrooms growing from dung look like some species of psilocybe, or pans, worth returning to see what it looks like when it matures. Also, the sun will not endanger you or your mushrooms

Yeah... I was thinking some young Psilocybe coprophilia. They're still too immature to tell.

Those look like normal liberty caps to me. The caps fade like that when dry, probably the result of the "heat blast"
