I fucked up. I'm pretty sure I did everything right but I could've taken more precautions in being sterile..oh well I learned my lesson.

Are you sure the blue stuff is contamination..??
Have you moved your jars around..???
It could be bruising aswell...

Hey man, don't worry!
If it is blue, and not green, then chances are in your favor that it is just bruising. Give them things a smell, if they are rank and make you wanna puke then it is contamination. If it is kinda weird mushroom smell then it is just bruising man!

Hmm, that is what I figured. I did move my jars because I moved the growing location. After that they started getting little blue specks in the jars...barely noticeable. I think I'll birth the cakes anyway and see if it doesnt just go away. Thanks for the help.

blue is also a sign that your jars may be starved for air or water droplets falling and hiting you substrate, not to worry they will be fine.

I got some nasty looking bluing inside jars a while ago, but I presumed it was due to water collecting on the surface of the cake and grew them anyway. They grew fine and I tripped nicely.

Could you get bruising just from handling the jars too much?? I thought you could only bruise the cakes if you handled them once you de-jared them??
