Make a random selection, I have found some better than others but it is all subjective. I love Z-Strain and Malabar and to me they seem better than B+ or Cambodian but each has it;s own feel. Again, this is just my subjective experience.
If you think you are ready, try Ps. Mexicana fruit they are about twice the strength of cubensis but they are also harder to grow and produce less than cubensis. Still worth the go in my book.

i would try the pan cyans. they are similar to cubes as far as growing conditions go. you pretty much need to keep the temperature near 80 though. they are a little bit more picky but if you have already mastered doing casings on cubes this is the next step.

You could always try growing other species - azures are said to be a different 'trip' and are far more potent than cubes.
Also, as others have said, Penis Envy is the exception to the 'a cube is a cube' rule. P. Cubensis is one of the easiest, let alone the easiest active, mushrooms to cultivate. If you want something stronger, I'd simply recommend eating more.
You could also try cultivating P. Mexicana sclerotia - it's relatively easy to grow philsopher's stones in vitro on rye berries.

is it really that hard?
ethanol soak an amount of freshly powdered shrooms for 48 hours, filter out shroom matter, freeze the mix, remove lipid layer that forms, do this again.
pour liquid through a silica column with more ethanol, do this 3 times.
use a double boiler to evaporate the ethanol, preferably with a vacuum as an aide in order to speed up the process, you should be left with goo or crystals. put that in a drink and POW!
store in a nitrogen environment or risk oxidization, storing in ethanol is ok too.

Try penis envy, I can personally attest that it's incredible stuff. I wouldn't suggest more then 1 gram unless you're used to eatting 5-7 grams of regular stuff in which case, I wouldn't do more then 2 :-D
I've had quite a few people try 1 gram of my stuff and had a 'holy shit' type reaction. One dumbass ate 7 grams of it. He said he normally would eat that much, so I told him to eat half that of pe, tops. Bout 3 days later he calls up says he's still fucked up and why didn't I WARN HIM. Dumbass, I tried to tell you.

If youre going for potency, id try the woodlovers, we have a nice strong one here (subaeruginosa) which is similar to your wavy caps or azures, they keep really well and are very potent, then again the cubes(mexi cube or something) i ate in holland were much more potent than any wild specimen ive ever come accross, maybe i was just spaced already... :P

All this talk about PE is getting me excited. ill be harvesting some later this week and it will be my first PE experience. Those little devils sure took their sweet ass time though. I usually take about 4g. so you think about 2g would be good enough? how is the trip different from othes? different body buzz, visuals? I've ate EC, b+, and GT and the trips made me feel like i had a lot of energy in my body but i didn't want to move a damn musscle. i always have the ambition to go for a walk or ride a bike before i consume the mushy's but once they kick in i say "fuck that, i just wanna think. besides, it's looks awefuly scary out there"

One thing I like about pf tek is that I find the smaller mushies you get seem more potent by weight. Anyone agree?

Yeah, I used to do that, but now I like a more mellow trip, so I usually only take 2-3 grams.

2g was pretty rough for me. Full on visuals/animation. Felt like I was in a living cartoon. When I peaked I had to spend a good 30 mins under the blankets. As I laid there enclosed in blankets and in the dark I was seeing starbursts/fireworks of colors and patterns in my head. Literally explosions of color/sensation. I felt my body dissolve away into nothingness. I was offered some water but I couldn't remember where my mouth was or how to use my hands so I had to decline.
When I came back to reality a bit, the room was alive. The walls were flowing like a waterfall, the tv was re-arranging itself - crap on my walls were flying off and floating around the room then returning to their original location.
You get alot less confusion with PE but a much stronger buzz and intense visuals/sensations.
At some point I tried to get up to take a leak - the hallway was spinning/spiraling out of control. I managed to get into the bathroom and tried my best not to look at anything or see anything crazy. I had shaved earlier that day and a few beard hairs got up and started dancing for me.
The trip before that one (chitwans) I had taken 4.5 grams to start and about an hour or two in took 2 more then later on took 2-3 more and while it was one hell of a ride, it wasn't even in the same category as pe.
So, I highly recommend it, but be careful or you'll end up in a corner somewhere curled up and pissing on yourself.

 thanks spongi, i'm deffintely looking foward to it. I'd imagine than I would be able to have a more spiritual experience with PE than others. Looking foward to coming out of this a better man
