Well I just got back from court facing my 4 felony's. Some of you may know what I was charged with some may not just ask I am so pissed I don't feel like typing it. I got 2 years probation with 1 year intense, I gotta attend a drug class for 6-8 months. I have to also attend AA,NA,CA meetings. I have $800 dollars in fines. I lost my Drivers L's until I'm 25.
No jail time is good but, The judge said one more time he seen my face he did not care if it was for a un paid parking ticket. I was going to jail for a long time. My lawyer helped me out a lot though. He got me to explain why I had so much cocaine and pot on me which was for a party not for resale.
I am gonna have to stop smoking gonna be hard.

criminal? Nah man wrong place at the wrong time. I had got some drugs for a big ass party and the city police seen me come out of a yard filled with nothing but, Blacks so he knew what was up.

all in all, looks like you got off pretty light. congrats on that. coulda been way worse. sucks you lost your license though. still, it looks like your lawyer did a good job.

Yeah he helped me out a lot, The DL's were gonna be gone till I was 21. Then they worked it out for it to be 25.

I am scared to go ride my 4-wheeler because fucking old people around here call the cops for me riding down the road. An when the cop see me they are gonna wanna write a ticket an take my atv an all that shit. I can get away though
In the state of Georgia they cannot bump it hit an atv while in chase.

Congratz dude. Being a first time offender really saved my ass too. I was facing 7 felonies and got no jail time what so ever (aside from the week awaiting my court date. I was scared shitless in jail and all the prisoners were laughing saying
"Dont worry dude, its your first time, your fine"

Yeah filtee I have already been in a rehab for 8 months back in 06 for failing 1,000's of piss tests for juvi probation. I know all about the war areas, Play grounds old friends everything to make a change.

That chaps my ass when they do that shit.
I had to go three years without a license.
Yeah, you're out of jail, so that's good.
I would rather do 90 days or something rather than have my license revoked for fucking years.

times, he told me the same thing, I drove a friend to court a
few months later, he spotted me and instructed the bailiff to
escort me to holding so I can be remanded to custody, 3 days

personally i prefer jail over probation. thats just me. my g/f fucked up this my last courtroom drama. i went with 6mos jail 4yrs probation, instead of 2yrs prison

Alan I was on the way to a party right? Well everyone's like shit man can you still get the hook up on the white girl. Long story short 6 people threw in like %15 each and I already had a pretty bit of tree's bagged up in 1 gram where I knew I did not smoke more than that.
Anyways I was coming out of the house an seen the city AkA police. Siting on the next street over looking right at me. I can't just pull up a the drug dealers house so my friends drive around the block and pick me back up.
Got down the road they lit us up.

See there was only 2 other guys in the car including the driver and I just kept the coke and pot and went down you know. Thats just me I took that risk when I went in the projects to a trap house to buy cocaine .

Trap House= Abandoned house no won lives there. Large amounts of blacks hang out and sale nothing but, Cocaine also is there "stash house" or where they do all the deals to keep the traffic off there real house.
I was in the ghetto to get the hook up on some coke. I get the best fucking deals right now as off 2 days ago I am getting an Oz of middies for $90!

sorry op, but dont even start to bitch. i got a fuckin 6-22 year DOC sentence. you aint got SHIT compared to me. im doin a 5 year supervised probation right now and i have 4 years left.
sucks, you cant smoke for 2 years or whatever. but i cant smoke or drink alcohol for 5. i did all my classes, paid everything i had to pay off, ended up doing 16 out of 21 days in inpatient rehab, and next time i fuck up i get a 120 day shock incarceration. after than im off to do 6 years in the DOC.

Over here its ludicrously expensive. Single ozs of reasonably decent stuff go for like £6-700  .
Not really my cup of tea, but unfortunately its around. A friend of a friend got nabbed with 10g weighed up and 600 in cash, denied the dealing bit flat out ( ) and ended up with 2 years of the intense probation shit and rehab (I really don't know dick about the criminal system here, I avoid all interactions with police and 'gangsters' like the plague).
I really don't understand how you can guys get so fucked over for so little, I mean you can get busted for paraphernalia  .

Usually means the part of your sentence that is "In Facility" rather than probation.
