Has anyone used colonized poo to spawn poo?

I dont see why using colonized poo would be any different than using any other spawn material. It seems though, that the only time i can use colonized poo to spawn poo is in an outdoor situation. I've grown many batches of bulk substrate, and they all take off great when i use brf cakes, but just sit around when i try using poo. Whats up? Anyone? I know water content is right. I know temp is right. I know its not contamed cuz i've got some goin with brf cakes from the same poo. I also know that the spawn ratio is good. Better than good. Less than 10:1. Have all of my poo to poo efforts been in vain?

you really don't want to do that. Less nutrient to start the mycelium, it's not as steril. I've never tried it and don't plan to.

If spawning an outdoor bed then it works fine. If spawning indoors it will probably contaminate before first flush. Also damn. 15 year old thread lol.
