Substrate bolied dry

I kinda fucked up by allowing the brf/verm substrate to boil dry whilst sterelising in a large pot. This normally wouldnt be a problem as I'd just make up another batch of substrate but due to circumstances can't do this. Would it be possible to just re-hydrate the stuff and start from scratch again ???

i cant see what the problem would be with re-hydrating and re-sterilizing and then innoculating. what seems 'dry' to you may also be fine to substain growth, your call. i used to reuse the verm layer in pf cakes, just microwaved it a bit first.

Thnx rawtoxic.

I couldn't see any reason why it wouldn't work either.

Wish me luck!
