Rice flower is gettin old.

Iv got a bag of rice flower that i bought a few months ago. The store i bought it from kept it in a fridge, I kept it in my bed room. I think it should still be good but I thought id check befor i fuked up a few cultures.

look for mold or insects. If there are none, your going to sterilize it anyways so it doesn't matter.

From what I understand it does lose some of its nutritional value, but I'm willing to bet it's ok to use. Why not just get a coffee grinder and grind your own?

If you're unsure of what I'm refering to here, it's your usage of grammar, which is no better than his spelling. Your sentence should have read "No, and it's spelled flour, not flower."
