 Dead Show May 1st - Philly - What a GREAT show!

Wow! Just got back from the show and it was a very chill event. Everybody was in a great mood and the band sounded right on. I was hoping they would do Franklin's Tower since they are in Philly but maybe tomorrow night. Best of all, i hooked up with a 10 strip. The guy looked legit as can be and sold them for $ 50 (5 a piece) which was decent. Looking at the strip, I see little Volkswagen Bugs printed on the one side and the other side is blank. I don't know if this just makes up a bigger print because I didn't see the sheet. Hope it's legit. I haven't had any in about 5 years so this is a major treat. As a bonus, I bought 2 tabs of E called Pink Playboys. They look more reddish then pink to me and have a little playboy bunny imprinted on it. They are slightly sticky. Is this normal? I only did E twice before a few years ago and the ones I did didn't look or feel anything like these.
Anybody know if the VW bug acid is good and how about the rolls of pink playboys?
Man, I am still siked about this evening and hope both these buys were worth it as I haven't had either in many many moons.
For those with a ticket, you are in for a treat. Very good time and the sound quality is great as always.

Sounds like a real good time! I wish I could go see them this year, but I can't get away from work this time of year. Gonna go see Phish this summer though. Really looking forward to that!

Hard to say, there has been an incredible amount of bunk this tour, going into the 'shakedown' is pretty useless except for molly and pharmies it seems (been touring from albany on) . The people with the headies and doses seem to approach you as your hanging out by your car or whatever.
You didn't buy it off anyone young did ya? That whole flat brim, put bill breeding, phake phamily is to be avoided trust me.

I have heard the 'pink playboys' been called 'red rabbits' before if that helps you search online for what they have in them

Thanks for the input fellas! The guy that sold the doses was older guy in his 50s that couldn't look more like a deadhead if he tried. I saw him handing something to 2 other guys so went up and asked for doses. I asked him how strong are they and he said "average - about 100 mics". So that right there made me trust him more because if it was BS he would've probably just said "Oh they are the greatest - double dipped" or some bullshit like that.
Can't wait to drop a couple but can't until a few days.
I had 2 other dudes come up offering acid/X/ketamine but they couldn't looked more shady so i passed on it....

I saw their opening show of the tour in Greensboro, NC. It was a KILLER experience, although I didn't come across much of anything except some rolls (which I passed on). I didn't mind, though. The band was awesome and the whole pre show experience in the parking lot was great. Now, I'm looking forward to the Phish show I'm seeing in June and the Allman Brothers/Panic show I'm seeing in October. What a damn good year for concerts!
