It is very simple actually.

One teaspoon of water for every 8 ounces of water. Pressure cook at 15psi for about 20 minutes, no longer.

The choice of container is up to you, most find a mason jar with a taped hole on the top works fine. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried sterilizing in the microwave? successfully???
Did you tape the hole before you sterlized em in the cooker or micrwve?- Or did you tape em afterwards?
