the first two im sure are ovoids...a bit confused about the rest ..lack of blue bruising, or too close to tell. if anyone can help id appreciate.

Hey man...I have found a look a like that is nearly identical besides the stalk...the look a likes stems are yellowish, or sometimes velvety brown when older...they also lack the fuzzy mycelium at the base..and they do not bruise blue...I noticed the difference right away, but I picked several of the ovoids before finding any of them..but since you just started, be a little more careful..and get rid of the ones that arent blue after an hour or so....until you get the hang of it...but I believe from the pics they are all ovoids, but go over what I said and pick through them to be safe....congrats!!!!

thanks for the heads up man. ate those two nice ones and a couple others that appeared blue tonight. feelin fine = )

i went through and seperated the blue, i will attach pics to get a second opinion on the "blue" and also have a picture of one that might be just a look alike.

Some pics from a hunt the other day..soon after this last big flood we had here..wasnt much place to hunt because the water was still up....this is my buddy taking one for the team...trying to find some good habitat..

They do..but they are so dark even when dry that it doesnt show up very well..some bruise more than others though...but they do ALWAYS bruise blue...at least the ones Ive picked.
