Just finished 'Neuromancer' by William Gibson. 2nd time through, and I liked it even better this time. For someone who isn't familiar with the genre (me), the lingo has a semi-completely alien Clockwork Orange feel to it. It takes some getting used to, but it serves to draw you further into this strange little future world that seems more and more like our own in every way that matters. This time through I caught some decidedly existentialist ideas I missed before.
So, now I'm hungry for some cyberpunk. Recomendations? Gibson specific, what else of his is worth a read? Cyberpunk in general, does anything else come close to Gibson, in style or content?
