I assume the first couple are multispore. Considering that it takes a good 4 days for the spores to germinate, you could think of it as only having 4-6 days worth of growth since then. They look pretty good to me.
As for the last one, it also looks pretty healthy assuming the white stuff in the jar is gypsum. It's really hard to tell that early on if it's mushroom mycelium or otherwise though. I've grown trich that looked just like that, but we'll know in about 3 days.

They are definitely healthy so no worries. They look as though they are going a bit slow to me though. Your 10 day MS pics look about how mine are around day 5 or so. It doesn't really matter though, you probably either don't have many active spores or could use some more FAE. How do you have the lids/holes on the jars?
edit: I'd recommend shaking those 10 day jars. In ~3 days it should almost be covered and then another week or so and it'll dense up quite a bit and you'll be done.

looks ok mycellium growth will explode when it starts to take over, so maybe shake it around a bit and just leave it to do its thing :P

Dont shake anymore... Looks like you've already shaken all but the last.
Leave them alone.

leave them alone, next time (if you have an LC) they will go faster.
my jars of WBS are about 90% right now and have been going for 2 weeks.

also. what kind of gas exchange do you have? i left several quarts go for days without providing good gas exchange and it just about proved the undoing of those jars.
i like what potatonet said--Quote:

i have a jar of killer mycelia i want to keep and it too has multiple points of inoculation all over it and seems to be slowing down on its colonization. tomorrow i am going to remove about 10 of those points and then put them into a sterile container and add aterile water to do a wash, like agar's lc tek, and then withdraw the liquid mycelial fragments to reinoculate a new quart grain jar. i know this will definitely speed up my work.

if you break it up it will take about 3 days to recover before it really starts going.
A fully colonized LC would be preferable as you can just barely swirl it and suck it up without damaging anything.

True to a point about the LC. Free floating mycelium in the LC won't be damaged by shaking, aspirating, etc. Mycelium doesn't mind being broken up at all really until it is fully colonized.

yes... hence why I said a fully colonized LC...
I normally dont use my LC's until they are fully colonized anyways.

first 5 pictures are from multispore inoculation last photo is off a liquid culture test jar showing beginning of growth in 2 days only lets hope the jars i inoculated with lc colonize in 10-12 days, this is the lc syringe used on the lc jars:
i know its not thick but i just wanted to see them quick since i dont colonize more then 8-10 jars at a time

tomorrow will knock up 4 more jars with the lc , ms inoculations are taking forever while i can get this in 48 hours :
baaah i hope i ll get some jars colonized from these lc 's in 10 days , if it takes longer , i ll be ending with 30-40 jars or so =)
bored of waiting every 2-3 days i inoculate a new batch of 4 jars =)

Why don't you do a g2g transfer? Much faster and simple than a LC. Though.. I guess if you already have the LC not much more simple, but still faster. You can double your # of jars in 3-5 days.

well the thing is i got my lc ready right now , but dont have a fully colonized grain jar atm , next week i hope will have 2 grain jars ( which was reserved for g2g anyway) of 2 different strains which will be used in g2g , i had i guess beginner's luck on my g2g tries before , never had a contam , but i can also say that i work fast and efficient on g2g's in my still air box .
