You'll get addicted and in about 30 years there is a very good chance you will end up with some god awful cancer and be on a god awful regiment of chemo therapy for a year then...well die. Sounds Great!!!! Don't smoke, especially to impress some girl.  But hey, it's your life...

I would run every day.
If I hadn't smoked so many damn cigarettes in the last 6 years...
It aint worth starting IMO, there are SOOO00OoOOo0oooOoo0 many more healthy habits you can form than cigs.

i guess the post isn't so much about smoking...just how our minds can justify things to us. it makes me think of the expression, "you lie best when you lie to yourself." or something like that.
i can do something which i know logically will end up killing me because i can justify it by making extreme changes in my everyday life to further my health in other areas (and i'm not just saying that...this has been the case for quite some time).

Whoa whoa WHOA! Do NOT ever do that! You're going to hurt your legs really bad if you run on them while they are damaged like that. Unless I'm misunderstanding. you're young and so you're able to do this, but it's not gonna last. Smoking cigs is not part of a long term plan for health, period.

I don't know. I don't know much about them but I've had them or had them flare up before.
It took me like three months of just using the elliptical and not letting myself run for them to go back to normal. I blame that shit on New Balance shoes too. They were very bad for my feet and now I only wear Brooks which are absolutely excellent.

I just bought these (second pair of the same) two weeks ago at $65. Now it's $47?! How in the hell do they mark those prices down so much and make a profit? I don't know...part of me is on the poster's side, part of me hears the points of the "just stop smoking while you can". If you feel like you have to keep smoking, the dude with the Vape idea had a really good point (but i dont believe that would work w/ tobacco.)
All-natural cigarettes are probably healthier (Nat Sherman, American Spirit, etc) if your definitely going to stay on the cig bandwagon
Me personally, I like to enjoy a cigarette (NatShermans) on rare occasions. I average out to less than 1 a week. *Applaudes*
