Cakes & Humidity, What a crazy thing!!

This question is one that I am sure has been answered a lot but I have a pic, so I hope that makes it ok. To begin, I birthed these cakes about 5 days ago, I cold shocked one and dunked one. The other have (babies) growing out of the bottom of the cake, my temp is constant @ 75 degrees. My humidity gauge goes to high when it gets above 95% so it constantly stays on HIGH.. I have perlite in the bottom that the cakes are sitting on. I have a cool mist humidifier that runs about 30 ? 45 mins an hour, A fish tank bubbler to circulate air. I fan about 3 times a day to make sure that CO2 doesn?t build up? Now I didn?t notice the (babies) growing until the day after I took them off of the lids and put them on the perlite. So I was thinking that they don?t have enough water inside the cakes, but the one that I dunked and cold shocked isn?t the one that is pictured. It doesn?t have anything growing on it. So Does anyone know what I have done???

it usually takes up to 2 weeks, give it more time. If you still don't see anything, then cold shock again.

I wouldnt cold shock again...it is not necessary and will just invite contamination in the end.
Dude, it sounds like you have way too much going on in there as well.
A cool mist, fish tank bubbler and fanning?
All you need is the cool mist to be on 45 mins an hour or 24/7, and you will be set. That is constant fresh humid air circulating. Fanning and the fish tank bubbler will just bring in dry air which is not wanted.
Dont mist directly. It just sounds like you are over excited or something... lol
It takes about 1.5-2 weeks to see any pins in the fruiting chamber.
Good luck..
