Get Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk by Emperor, Filosofem by Burzum, Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia by Dimmu Borgir, and At the Heart of Winter by Immortal.
These are some of the most talented artists that I have heard, and they all play absolutely formidable raging black metal.

Cubie, GTFO out of this thread!
Epic intro :
-------------------- Tohu Tehom Theli Than Leviathan Tanin'iver Taninsam! Tohu Tehom Theli Than Leviathan Tanin'iver Taninsam! There exists one lie that is the absolute worst. A lie that has successfully infiltrated many of the Western governments. This lie is Christianity, and it must be fought in every way, shape and form. Burn the churches and kill the priests. The abomination that is Christianity must be wiped from this Earth. 4-Methyl-Aminorex

I've tested the waters of Burzum couldn't get into them, maybe one day I'll try again.

I have all those.. and yeah I would consider those the best among the black metal genre. Just saying a lot of black metal aside from the front-runners like Emperor, Old Man's Child, Immortal, etc.. just... lack something for me.
