POO!!!.... whats the problem here???
    #1025257 - 11/05/02 07:59 PM (15 years, 9 months ago)

i made 3 big 'ol poo tins at least 3 weeks ago
...everyone says myc tears through poo
granted, i didn't have a food processor, i just used my hands,
but it doesn't seem to be doing much right now...
it started off ok, but all of the growth seems to have slowed/stopped
for at least the past week
there are parts that are nearly fully colonized its been very "stringy" rhybizomal growth (whatever that word is, i'm too lazy to check spelling), then on the other side, just poo
the myc seems to be changing to a brownish hue in some spots (poo stains?),
while others are still bright white and fluffy
....i had some cobweb on one of them, that i sprayed with h2o2 solution
did i kill my myc?
i know i'm horrible, i don't even know when i started these mofos
it could have possibly been a month ago, i dunno, at least 3 weeks i'd say
but after initially spreading like wildfire, it seems its gotten tired or something.
anything i can do??????????
poo on ya

3 weeks doesn't sound good.
Way too long....something is wrong.

Did you squeeze the water out of your poo?
Too wet of poo will contaminate.
Too dry of poo won't colonize properly.
Did you put these into the incubator to colonize?

kinda sounds like it is having a world war 3 with contams (will delay colonization times)
