Wow! Those look really good! Looks like you have a really heavy mist/fog going in there. Nice job.

What kind of time frame has it been from fruit to pin?
I have Agrocybe aegerita blocks in the fruiting chamber too.
2 blocks have been in there for five days and all they have done is turn a very lite brown in some spots.

its taken about 4-5 days from when I saw small clusters, it has been in the FC for a little more than 2 weeks, I seriously should have dunked for a few hours before transferring to the FC though, its a bit dry...part of the reason that Im running a 1 hour mist cycle 4 times daily with my ultrasonic and elite 801 air pump.

3 hour separation between fruiting cycles, 100W eq CFL daylight bulb. 12 on 12 off. starting time is 10 am finishing is 11pm.

nw_shroomy, what are you using for sub?

I used maple, oak, and beech sawdust in a 1/1/1 mixture, pasteurized with 2 quarts of wheat berry spawn in an oven bag.

I have a cool mist in my greenhouse going 24/7 and a ultrasonic inside too running 10 sec. on every 5 min.
one digital hygrometer says 89h.The other one says 98h.
I have one zipper 3/4 the way open and the other 1/4 the way open
I also cut 8 2 inch cuts in the sides for more FAE.

Rye berrys was the spawn

looks good so far,

I hate digital hygrometers, only the really expensive ones are correct all the time.

I drilled 2x the amount of holes in my FC and adjusted it to be 100% all day with a wet/dry thermometer.

when I move I will get a few marthas going for my actives, I have a greenhouse for my edibles
