Overdoing philosophy

I noticed recently (on DMT) that I spend so much time thinking about philosophy and analyzing things that I forget to just enjoy my life :shrug:

Thinking is great, but being drastically attached to thoughts reminds me of those sleepy, zombie like states where you don't feel ALIVE.

I agree that it is easy to overdo WORDS; but philosophy, I am not so sure.

There is an integration process. I would consider meditation as part of the philosophical process.

I do think overdoing philosophy is definitely possible.  Look at some of the dried out posters here.  That's why I think we should all be banned from this forum for say.. one week every three weeks or something.

There's only so many deep philosophical thoughts you can have within the walls of your computer room before people get tired of you sharing them, ya know?

DMT is such a short lived trip, youre probably better off spending the peak of your trip thinking deeply, rather than out having fun with your friends. Be thankful, not enough people take the time to think about stuff.
