I have almost talked a female into taking her first trip but she wants to know the caloric content and carb-to-protein ratios so she can factor it into her diet.
Does anyone know how many calories and carbs are in say a gram of cubensis?
I don't have a clue. She says she's on the Atkins Diet where you can only eat so many carbs per day.

Tell her not to be so fucking anal.
3g of dry mushrooms would contain 12 calories. No Idea what the protein/carb ratio would be, but it's hardly important if it's less than a hundredth of your daily calorie intake.
Edit: Make that less than 12 calories, they have quite a bit of fibre.

I sure don't know anyone like that. You should tell her to fucking live a little, but if she is just looking for a way out of taking them you need to respect that. Tripping isn't for everyone. But if she was serious I say slap some sense into the bitch (j/k).

Look: if she doesn't want to trip: don't let her, because it'll only be an awful experience or she'll regret it later (by being coersed)
But on those carbs: Suppose she was going to take 2 grams, which may fry her her first time out if she proves to be sensitive or the shrooms are exceptionally strong. (2gr may be 30mgs of Psilocybin = LEVEL 5) Mushrooms of any kind are low in carbs and high in protein. Suppose Cubies are among the sweetest of mushrooms. (worst case scenario) That would amount to about 10% of dry weight or about 0.2 grams of carbs for named dosage. Since an Atkins extension would be 5grams of carbs, she could eat 50 GRAMS DRIED ans still be purple on the lipolysis/ketosis strips. Ate 250grs of fresh mushrooms (the culinary kind) yesterday with no impact at all. SHROOMS ARE OK FOR ATKINS!!!!! 
But she really shouldn't trip at all, not like this. If you eat too much carbs on Atkins you'll have to make up for that by doing three days of Induction Diet. If she would not Trip if it ment to do THREE F#CKING DAYS of stricter dieting, she's not, I repeat NOT mushroom material. I mean: a mere 3 days man!  Her expectations must be extremely low if she wouldn't want to risk that, and that means that she won't be prepared for when the going might get rough.
She'll have to soulsearch and read up on it first!
And guys: do NOT make fun of Anorexia Nervosa, OK? 20% of people who get that DIE from it. Respect, please...
