Automated Clean Air for monotubz

OK! doin a new monotub with b+ birdseed from a multispore lc onto straight coir.
-my plan is too use the traditional holes-polyfil setup but to also have an oscilating fan on a few feet away from the tub for fae.
-will the polyfil be enough to keep out airborne contams or should i use a more effective filter? i really dont wanna shell out the cash for expensive flo-hood filters. i also have an abundance of both polyfil and tyvek.
right now im thinking tightly packed polyfil...
any input on sterile air intake ideas would be appreciated. thanx

does not need to be sterile at this point.  Just need to provide a lot of FAE which mushrooms love and molds dislike.

Polyfill is great.  Just pack it dense enough so little bugs cannot get in.

Reason:
The purpose of polyfill in a monotub is to slow the rate of evaporation through the holes.  It's not a filter, since air leaks around the entire lid.  I'll move this to mushroom cultivation.  Cultivation questions are off topic in advanced mycology.

Nothing new here at all. Most people who do monotubs have a fan going in the room and use polyfil... :confused:
