I think you would need a microscopic examination to find out what mushroom that is!

Inocybe, post some pics of the cystidia and spores and measure the spore size and then we can start talking species.  Also its important to note the gill color at various stages of development, and the odor.  Its almost certainly toxic.  No worries though, the antidote is datura.
