What is the Best Flush to Spore Print a Mushroom?

I am seriously thinking about printing my own home-growns, make a solution and suck it up in some of my used spore needles that I bought online. It just makes so much logic considering how much money I spend of spores per year.
I wanted to know which shroom is best to print to later use for inoculations via spore syringe. Is the "healthiest" shroom that grew during the 1st flush (I'm using BRF cakes right now) or the "Healthiest" shroom grown near the last flush?
I'm rationalized that the last shroom grown, that is also a healthy lookin' one, would be the best to print because it has made it all the way to the end of the cakes life. My reasoning is that since its the last shroom to grow, it can handle contamination (which I have on the cakes unintentionally right now) and better longevity than any other mushroom.
Does it really matter which flush a mushroom comes from or is it the mushroom with the most desired traits that I should print?
Various Other Questions: Should I sterilize my spore syringes in my Pressure Cooker, or should I just sterilize a jar of water and suck-up/eject the water to clean out the inside of the syringe?
Also, I have only the 1/2 pint tall jars: should I get the shorted "4 ounce" canning glass jars since my syringe tips cannot reach the bottom of the jar, or should I just fill up the jar half-way and fill multiple syringes?
Thanks for any help you happen to provide.

After sucking up boiling water you should leave water in the syringe, wrap in tinfoil then boil the syringes for 1 hour

It's not necessary to boil the syringes after sucking up boiling water. I've done this over a hundred times without a single bad syringe.

Yes because in order to sterilize them in the first place they would need to autoclaved/Pressure cooked

But the point is spores are like children, they may be fat, ugly, or who the fuck knows.
