The only way for a government to get money is through taxes.
Not so. They can also print more money if they so choose.
Roads, hospitals, schools, police, fire fighters, national parks, arts funding, etc... all comes from taxes. Every time taxes are lowered, these things suffer somehow.
If the government were to restrict itself to its legitimate duties, no one would make much of a fuss about taxes. There was only one item on your list that people should have to pay taxes for, presuming sufficient funding can't be raised by voluntary methods.

The only way for a government to get money is through taxes.
Perhaps someone should explain economics and money TO YOU. Governments can and do create more money, this is because most have what are known as FIAT CURRENCIES, the money is not on a gold standard, it is not backed by any tangible assets. In addition to simply inflating the money supply by coining or printing more and taxing their subjects, the governments can monetize their debt (as is done via The Federal Reserve), as well as physically confiscating property and selling it.

Perhaps they should explain it to you. Once the money was "untied" from the gold standard, the Federal Reserve was put in charge of the money supply. They decide how much money to print.
Look at WWII Germany and you'll see a good example of that.
The money should come from reduced "entitlement" payouts from unconstitutional programs like social security, medicare, welfare and the like.
