I know its a little after the fact, but I always let mine fruit in the bag. I have done them in a fruiting chamber before to. I actually get a better yield, with most strains, in the bags. I dunk in between flushes and put it back in the bag. Never used a mad season bag though.

I noticed the first pins on one of them today. Almost 2 days after dunking and placing them in the fc.

Its been four days since I put them in the fc. One of them seems to be doing great while the other still has no pins. Is the other one just slower or should I be worried about it?

Its okay man. It looks like its still forming pins. I've had cakes/cased substrates take up to 9 days to pin good.

Yeah mutants are normal, I have them all the time. I think they're cool as hell. Tasty too!

that's not to bad but i did expect more. I'm still waiting on mine to finish colonizing and I'm leaving it in the bag to see if any different

I think you get a better yield dunking it before the first flush because it rehydrates the substrate but let me know how yours turns out.

What are the best conditions for fruiting in the bag? Temperature, hours of light?

I should have dunked my bag of black poplar, never making that mistake again...
its been almost 2 weeks in the FC, no pins, JUST starting to get some hyphal knots.
it really needed some water.
