They don't get paid shit in Canada or England. Don't you think the government is going to demand some sort of pay break in return for paying for their education? Doctors will become thralls.

Let's dispel this myth you have in your head that most wealthy people want tax cuts (and therefore vote republican). It's well known that Warren Buffet is a democrat, and Bill Gates (undisclosed political party) said he would vote for Obama. So the two richest people in the world vote Democrat.
In Silicon Valley there is a similar dynamic: Big players support Obama. Apple and Google wanted to see him as president.
I've posted this before, but I'll post it again to really hammer the point home:
People in democrat states generally make more money than people in republican states.
That last point is irrelevant. I know they make more money. There are also giant underclasses that vote. NY and Calif are top heavy. As to Buffet he is so far beyond what Obama is defining as wealthy and does not reflect the views of the other people getting cornholed by taxes because they make more than $250,000. Are you seriously making the argument that the top 100 are even remotely similar to the vast majority of the top 1%? Because that's absurd. Meanwhile, feel free to adopt all the bums you want. Just don't make me do it, crook.

Actually off the top of my head if a country were to force the students receiving the subsidy do their residency in the nation in question, thus making them need equivalency training to go to the US or Europe. Also, one could apply a minimum service in the national health industry to make up for the investment in their education.
Oh and not every rich bastard feels the same way as you, if you think so your kidding yourself.

US Economic Policy Like "Socialism" - Czech President
link
PRAGUE (AFP)--Czech President Vaclav Klaus has likened current U.S. economic policy to the "socialism" his former Soviet bloc state experienced behind the Iron Curtain, in an interview published Thursday.
"If you want to call it socialism, that wouldn't bother me," Klaus, a free- market economist known for his outspoken views against the European Union and environmental causes, told the Czech daily Dnes.
During the economic crisis, governments around the world "are behaving as if under socialism" with their massive spending plans, he said, adding that these efforts were all in pursuit of a "chimera of equality", the same "chimera we rejected with the fall of communism," and is "taking hold again."
Communism in Central and Eastern Europe collapsed in 1989 and was followed by the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.

You think we're communist now?

So are you opposed to the public funding of residency positions and research at the training schools and institutions?
What is a doctor worth, how is it decided? Given your apparent support for government/industry created market manipulation I'm a bit perplexed that you are arguing some reduction in pay is bad or unjust. What is the correct pay? Whatever the doctors in charge manipulate it to be? Or is it just "everything's fine now, just don't change it" with no basis at all beyond an acceptance or ignorance of the status quo from your personal perspective?

How is it determined? Mostly by the market in this country. About that aneurism you're developing. I can fix it for around $33 (no guarantee, no malpractice). Somebody trained and licensed will charge a lot more. Make an appointment. Can anarchists do that?

Speaking as someone who knows a little about actual anarchists, I want to say: Seldom are actual anarchists in favor of such types of brain surgery. Mostly only libertarians want this kind of market freedom.
