Market for new Vendors in Canada?

I'm seriously considering becoming a vendor of mushroom spores and entheogen supplies in Canada. I'm located in Southern Ontario, which seems to be the hotbed of mycology in the cold district, so prohibitive shipping costs and bad dealings with customs would not be a concern. I've noticed a serious lack of competition in the Canadian spore market - infact, i think Max has something of a monopoly:)- and absolute lack of sources for supplies like PCs, agar, FDs, petris, etc. I would also include cultures for edibles in the product line.

What are your thoughts? is there a market for alternatives vendors in Canada?
