Is this ok? 1 day wait.

I wont be able to PC my grain, cooked brown rice, jars tonight, so I want to put it in the fridge, will this be a good idea? The jars already have polyfill through them and I have covered them with aluminum foil. I lysoled the fride compartment down just in case.

Yeah you should be fine. After all, you will be sterilizing so anything that starts to grow in there will be kille anyway.
