I've never used them, but I don't know if they go up to 15 psi. Also dunno how many jars it will fit; looks a little short

You didn't give much detail about the pressure cooker (model/capacity).

As long as your PC can maintain the recommended pressure (~15psi) and is optimal size for the jars you're sterilizing, use it.

thanks was on e bay and hadnt heard much on here so figured i ask was cheap tho and new in box  ahhh fuck it there are other auctions lol

Id say go with the All american, lol. For the extra money they are worth it. They can go through a war and still work fine. I got a used one for like 85 shipped on ebay. Best investment By far for this hobby
I feel like if i bought the presto i would have been disappointed.

it doesn't necessarily have to go to 15psi.  you have to legnth cooking time accordingly, of course. But if you find a great deal, dont let 10+psi alone discourage you

I just got an 11qt to replace my 5qt while I wait for my 75 x all american sterilizer.

thrift stores FTW!

I also got my dehydrator at the thrift store for 10 bucks!
