pasteurizing hpoo in filter patch bags and bulk moisture questions(PICS)

Hey everyone, this is my first post but have been reading and growing for the past 6 months. So anyway I got tired of paying so much for some hpoo and decided to go out to a friends farm and pick up 2-5gal buckets of dry horse crap and planned on pasteurizing it, but in my case I don't want to use it all at once so I was thinking that I could pasteurize it in filter patch bags so it could be used later like how the venders packaged it. so my questions are:
1. How long would this pasteurized hpoo stay good for inside the bag?
2. I also noticed that inside my bulk trays (filled with compost from a sponsor) that are almost done colonizing right now, that there is alot of pooling of water/metabolites on the corners which seem to keep it from fully colonizing. Should I take out the casing and rinse and/or take out uncolonized parts before I fruit them?. Any suggestions? its staring to get me worried about contaminates especially after i spent so much on the compost..:( Thanks for any suggestions. Heres some pics of the trays im having problems with

I have had similar problem before and I just removed from the bag entirely and placed inside my greenhouse directly on the rack and it fruited like crazy from all sides.... As long as there is only the one spot or a few very little ones I would feel ok about exposing it to fruiting conditions.... I have also just put the bag on its side and let the liquid run toward the top of the bag avoiding the filter patch and then I drained off the water by cutting a small hole the resealed.... It will be fine... I remove the covers off bulk trays all the time if too much moisture builds up during final colonization... Good luck..

1. Your Hpoo should last for years and years this way.
2. Tilt your casing sideways allowing the excess moisture to drain out, incubate 3-5 more days, and then fruit them.
Your myc looks great! Very rhizomorphic.

That we will need it for something. Maybe just to think our way out of the mess that we're getting into.
Shulgin: If it's needed, we have it. That's the beauty. The tool is there. For the time when the need is obvious. And this may be our lifetime...
