Well I don't have any more of my spore syringe but I do have a couple fruiting cakes and some jars that need innoculating. Is it possible ot make a sterile syringe form a fruiting pf cake? I'm afraid I may have to buy another spore syringe

make a spore syringe with a spore print from one of your fruits. FAQ has plenty of info about making spore syringes.

You could try cutting a piece of mycelium from out of the inside of the cake and drop it into a liquid culture.
BETTER yet scrape some tissue from the inside of a stem of the largest fruit and drop it into a LC and you’ll have yourself a clone.
Make a spore print out of your largest cap and inoculate another liquid culture.
Hell … make another spore print and keep that just in case.
As long as you have some mycelium growing you should have no problem perpetuating the strain. There are so many different ways it’s ridiculous.

Several options you have.
- take a spore print from one of your fruits, make a syringe using 1/10 of the print
- take a piece of mushroom tissue from one of your fruits, put it on agar, and use the colonized agar plate to make myc water (or use agar wedges to inoculate grain jars)
- take a piece of mushroom tissue with a needle and use it to inoculate an LC
