I keep getting trichoderma so should i just have the shrooms grow inside the jars rather than puting them in a FC?

most contaminations are the results of inoculation problems. You should tell us more about how you are growing and what you are inoculating from.

Im doing the brf tek with a hawaiian strain from ralphsters. I been very in tune with my sterility precautions during inoculation with a glovebox. My first 6 jars fully colonized no contam. Gave em an extra week after full colonization, birth, dunk rolled, popped them in the fc with perlite 99% humidity 72 degrees, fanned about 6 to 8 times a day with misting, then within 5 days tricho sets in. Its killed 6 jars already. Now i just birthed some jars tonight and now theyre dunking in a pot of tap water. And when i roll should i sterilize verm maybe to help? And yeah im putting the fc in a different room this time. But im pretty doubtful im going to have any success cause of this tricho shit. so i really havent have a clue to what to do anymore

Move you FC into a new room, then BLEACH THE FUCK out of your shotgun. If you have a good vacuum, may not hurt to vacuum your new room while you're dunking your cakes. Hope you avoid the trich! myk oh, and perhaps add some H2O2 to your misting water. Should keep trich spores at bay.

I have a hepa and run this in the room I use as my lab before doing anything in it. I do petri dishes in my GB in this room. I shut off the HEPA before I get to work so as to prevent airflow. I have done over 30 dishes under these conditions and despite having the dishes open in some times as long as 7 to 15 seconds I have had only 4 contaminants so far. I think HEPAs cleaning the air before you work help though I can't say I have proof other than my anecdotal experience.
I may ask, are you flame sterilizing your needles? Also I may suggest if you are worried about contaminants that you use micropore tape over the inoculation holes instead of or with a dry verm layer.
Usually for Tric to get a hold it needs to colonize the substrate (your cake) before the mushroom mycelium does. Now trich is only green when it spores so as it develops it looks white and you may not be able to recognize it until it is reached it's sporulating stage. You should IMO clean any area of your house where this was growing with bleach and/or vinegar as well as running a HEPA filter to get the spores out of the air.

it does not. I've even read on here that trich spores can't be killed by bleach or something similar. This is why I suggested vinegar.

I doubt this will solve your problem, but you might want to consider dunking each cake in a separate container (i.e. ziploc bags) as an extra precaution.
I hope you beat this problem, I feel for you.
Down with the mean green!

If he's letting the cake full colonize it is unlikely that he is getting tric from the dunk. Particularly given the time line. Trich could set in on a bare uncolonized cake in 6 days but vs myc no fucking way. That trich had to be there from inoculation.

You should spend some time to try to isolate and stop the root cause of the problem is stead of trying to find a way to fix the problem after it happens.
A) Change your AC filter regularly (I do every 30 days). If possible, invest in a UV lamp for your ductwork. B) Search your home for wet spots. Check behind dish washer, sinks, washing machines, boiler, tub, under refrigerator, etc.. C) Invest in a small ozone generator and nuke your room every once in a while. Follow directions! O3 = nasty. D) Stop all airflow when you're working in the open. Cut AC and fans. E) Bleach/Lysol down your counter tops, kitchen sink, stove top, cabinets, etc.. a half an hour before you use your kitchen to prep/inoculate.
