Greetings! We return, dear Ones! In this message, we intend to discuss events that are occurring on your world and in ours. Your continuing immense shift in consciousness is of vital importance to us. To expedite it, we have planted a number of 'seeds', which include phenomena such as UFOs, crop circles and a new scientific revolution for consciousness. These events have led a great many of you to question your long-held core beliefs concerning your reality, origins and philosophies. These quests have formed new alliances and even resulted in recent political and cultural movements. Within them, a new concept of your self-perception has been born. In some cases, these fresh insights have even become part of your collective consciousness. They, in turn, have grown and encouraged the development of other beliefs that have begun to affect science's understanding of your reality. You are expanding that reality exponentially and allowing it to transform into something far greater. This 'something else' gives us the leeway we need to complete our first contact mission with you.

First contact is a significant and defining moment in your development. It is the final leap in your consciousness that will allow you to accept your destiny and become full-fledged physical Angels. The jump to your full potential is, at the same time, both easy and difficult. Easy because you have merely to believe completely in who you are. Difficult because you are burdened by an overabundance of thought-forms that tell you how utterly nonsensical it is. Enlightenment is no more than 'making peace' with all of your thought-forms and then transforming your potential into an integrated and fully manifested form. This 'trick' has previously been accomplished by the Ascended Masters and many other enlightened Beings. Now, Heaven is offering the means by which you may achieve it. Through this process, it will all be possible. You, dear Hearts, are an absolutely marvelous group of enlightened souls. The key is to convince you of this and then to allow your work, and that of your Galactic Federation of Light medical teams, to manifest fully. This is the task that we are now planning to bring to your attention.

Consciousness-enhancing tools come in many forms and possess three major aspects. First, they must link you to the sacred elements that connect you with your past and present traditions. Second, they need first to befuddle you and force you to constantly rethink what they are. Third, they need elements that appeal to a broad range of intellectual interests. Both Heaven and we have carried out a number of these activities, which include strange, sacred apparitions, phenomena revealed in religious statues and paintings, sudden crop circles and certain scientific experiments that point to the need for the shaping of new paradigms. Events such as these have caused many to rethink their definition of 'human-ness' and even the extent of human capabilities on this planet. Such occurrences force us to reconsider humanity's connection to Spirit and to each other. This is the essential part of the giant leap that you must make to attain the fullest degree of your true self. Its potential is deep within you, even though most of you are not yet able to fully accept it.

Technology is yet another aspect of this operation. As you move onward through its various stages, you begin to adopt a progressively more expanded worldview. Each technology improves your understanding, yet also increases the chances for your destruction. You have mastered the challenge of this double-edged sword at each stage of your history, from primitive concepts of stone-based society to the rising beliefs of the metallic ages (copper to steel), and, finally, to electrical and computer-driven technologies. Along the way, you have rediscovered the wonders of atomic power and the utter devastation embodied in fossil fuels. Now, you teeter on the brink of a move beyond the space that surrounds your world. In each case, you have realized how important it is to improve your mastery of the two-edged sword of technology. You have also had to deal with the manipulation and machinations of the Anunnaki and their earthly followers. It has been a difficult task, but you have survived.

Behind this survival is the cooperation you share with Heaven. Heaven is fully aware of your potential and of the task that the divine plan has placed before you. This immense challenge is your greatest gift. Consider the boundless wisdom it has developed within you! But you have paid a price for this wisdom. Many on your world live lives of desperation, frustration and unfulfilled dreams. Those who cling to power have slowed the rate of your technological advance. Such intolerable conditions have forced you to limit the progress of each new stage. Yet, you have succeeded, nonetheless, in developing these new technologies. Now, the powerful are again obstructing your next set of critically needed technologies. For that reason, this stubborn cabal needs to be removed from power. And, because many other powerful individuals and groups are aware of its inevitability, a quiet revolution is now in progress.

It is a 'revolution' of consciousness. Your world's humanity needs to make the upward shift and, in fact, to take the final, great leap. Normally, this last move could require centuries. You, however, do not have that much time. Because, at the very most, you have only a few decades left, you need someone, or something, to help you make this final leap into your Full Self. We come here, at Heaven's request, to be your advisors and mentors. That is the true meaning of 'first contact'. To achieve it, the fears you have inherited from your off-world and earthly masters must be banished. They have caused you to fear each other, and even us, in order to separate and isolate you and make you easy to control. Now, it is important for you to reunite and to learn of your ties to each other and to us. In doing so, you will find your deliverance.

Events on your world reflect those now occurring in the galaxy. The dark, having long limited the spread of the Light, has transformed and a much-expanded Galactic Federation has been created. Now, this organization has arrived in your solar system and initiated the formalities of first contact. In many earlier messages, we have described what we are doing to bring first contact to its inevitable and successful conclusion. Events have reached the point where we feel that a more tangible form of interaction is feasible. Those who serve as our earthly allies assure us that the means for this communication is about to take place. We are also making plans to contact you more openly and understandably. Contact needs to be transferred to a more magnificent stage, and we intend to see that this requirement becomes a reality.

It has taken more than a decade for first contact to reach its present stage. This mission has enlightened all of us. It has taught us a great deal about your culture, your beautiful Mother Earth and you. And, although we have still more to learn, we know now that our formal reunion with you is closer than ever. The key is for you to release your external fears and allow the great Light within each of you to shine more brightly than ever. Your potential is infinite! It can merge with your Full Self and transform your reality. Once we arrive, we will serve as both your catalysts and your mentors. This is a difficult task for us, dear Hearts, as it is for you. Yet, we will both succeed and, in accordance with the divine plan, together forge a new and wondrous physicality. In the little time left to us before first contact, we will shine. Remember: together, we shall be victorious!

Today, we have discussed events that are revealing themselves in many different ways around you. They mirror the grand and splendid union that has brought peace to our galaxy. We come to your world as a united galaxy and earnestly wish to add your magnificently transformed society as one of our most honored members. You, dear Ones, are blessed with great wisdom. Remain focused upon and committed to the fulfillment of your noble destiny. We now take our leave. Blessings!
