Electric induction cooker
    #9956941 - 03/12/09 06:54 AM (14 years, 11 months ago)

I was thinking about getting one of these for obvious reasons,
has anyone done the same, or can think of a reason this would not work?

My PC is only 8L, so size shouldnt be a problem, all I am worried about is weight.
Also the fact I have never used one I dont know how easy it is to adjust the power to what you need while just keeping the PC at pressure.

Thanks for any comments, especially if they stop me spending my hard earned money on something that does not work!

I went to Singapore last year and they use these things everywhere!

My Dad got this exact same one from Singapore for SG$50 and it works really well! It is very powerful so might be a bit much for a PS. Even at the lowest setting it will burn shit!

"NOTE: flat based conductive cookware such as iron, cast iron or carbon steel cookware is necessary for use with this cooktop. Only cookware made of such ferromagnetic materials will work with this item."

Most PCs I've seen are aluminum.
