Remember to inhale right.
Your lungs aren't going to automatically want to take the smoke, so a lot of people end up holding it in their mouth and blowing it out or swallowing it before they figure out the right way.

Try sucking in some smoke, then take a deep breath of fresh air to push it into your lungs, hold it, exhale. If you can't blow smoke out of your nose, you're doing it wrong.

Don't worry, you'll get high eventually.

alright look. take a 20 oz soda bottle burn a hole in the bottom of it and one in the middle. put tin foil over the lid. thats you bowl. make sure its air tight and poke like3 holes in it with a tack or somthing. break up your bud poack it in there, put your mouth on the bottom hole and your finger on the one in the middle. torch that shit and inhale untill you lungs are full. if you dont see smoke in the bottle you are doing somthing wrong.
