Question re: strains and growing in bags etc...

Hey guys,
I've just finished reading the main PF Tek guide and am deciding between two strains that I want to grow (Psilocybe cubensis B+ Strain and Psilocybe cubensis - Golden Teacher). I've also done a search which was a little bit helpful, but I want some info regarding these specific strains in bags.
However, after reading the guide, I'm not sure if it's going to be that easy to source everything I need to create a case for them to grow.
For this reason, I'm considering buying one of those bags which has everything already in it? It seems cheaper than doing it all myself... but I'm wondering, is it that effective?
The bag I'm looking at buying to start off with is "50/50+ Peat Moss, Vermiculite with Lime and Oyster Shell Flour to adjust the pH. Pasteurized, perfect moisture content. Ready to use right out of the bag. Large bag - approx 6 quarts."
I noticed this is missing the brown rice powder however... if I inject my strain into these bags as per the instructions, will it still turn out okay? What are people's experiences like with these?
Thanks a lot for the help, looking forward to getting into growing!
Cheers.

That is pre-pasturised casing layer, not substrate. Its no good for inoculating, you use it to case a tray of substrate thats fully colinised.
Strain is irrelivant. any strain of cubensis will grow pretty much under the same conditions.

Thanks a lot. But shit... those bags are useless for what I want to do? Is there something I can purchase substrate wise (so a jar with what I need in it already as sourcing is awkward where I am)?
And thanks re: sponsor advice, I had only been looking at the sponsor vendors in the first place.
