the problem is a bastard pronunciation of the word cubensis .
pronounced kew bin sis.
as if your sister were from cuba.
simple enough but people ruin everything with sloppy speech.
this site has more info on cubensis than anywhere on the planet, have fun, you made it.

I hope you know for a fact that they are truely cubensis.

Should have a carmel cap, a slight nipple, greyish gills, a membranous veil and a white stem that bruises blue. They only grow from dung in the southern states.

They smell like crap too...lol.

To the untrained eye, many lookalikes look a like :smile:
